The Super Cool White Suzuki 9.9 HP EFI outboard motor, model DF9.9BTHLW5, has a 20-inch long shaft, electric start, power tilt, and electronic fuel injection. The Suzuki 9.9 HP outboard motor is compact, light, and fuel-efficient. This 2-cylinder 4-stroke is incredibly quiet and smooth. The Suzuki 9.9 HP outboard is ideal for jon boats and skiffs with long shafts, as well as auxiliary power for sailboats and "kickers" for bigger fishing boats. Suzuki incorporated user-friendly features including a multi-function tiller handle that controls steering, throttle, throttle tension, and power tilt in the 123 lb. 9.9 HP model. A one-touch steering tension control lever on the front of the engine also allows the operator to regulate steering friction rapidly. We have studied the actions of the other major outboard manufacturers and now believe that Model Year Elimination will offer a host of benefits to our Customers, Dealers and Boat Builders. Suzuki Marine can now introduce new outboard models to the market during the boating season, instead of waiting until the model year change. Consumers will be able to purchase these models sooner than in the past. Dealers and Boat Builders will carry a better supply of outboards because they will not have to reduce inventory in advance of a Model Year Change.
